1. Warranty Period

  • Standard Warranty: All AMOTAOS products come with a 12-month replacement warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Extended Warranty: Subscribe to our email list and enjoy an 18-month extended warranty at no extra cost.

Note: Products purchased from third-party sellers may be subject to their own warranty terms.


2. Warranty Coverage

To file a warranty claim, please provide:

✔ A valid order number from the official AMOTAOS store
✔ A sales invoice or order confirmation showing product details and purchase date

Important: Warranty coverage is valid only in the country of original purchase and may not apply if the product is shipped internationally.


3. What’s Covered

This warranty protects against manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a defect is confirmed, AMOTAOS will replace the product at no additional cost.


4. What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

❌ Improper use, handling, or installation
❌ Accidents, misuse, or negligence
❌ Natural disasters (floods, fires, earthquakes)
❌ Commercial or non-household use
❌ Unauthorized modifications or repairs
❌ Use with incompatible power supplies or accessories
❌ Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear


5. How to File a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, email amotaos@hotmail.com with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Product model or name

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

Note: In some cases, we may request the product be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement.


6. Claim Review & Resolution

  • Warranty claims are reviewed within 2–5 business days.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or other solution promptly.

  • You will be kept informed throughout the process to ensure a smooth experience.


7. Non-Warranty Repairs

If your issue is not covered under the warranty, we may still be able to help!

  • AMOTAOS offers affordable repair or replacement services for out-of-warranty products.

  • A cost estimate will be provided for your approval before any work is performed.
