3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective or damaged products: Return shipping is free, no matter where you are located.

  • Other reasons (e.g., change of mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please ensure the package is securely shipped to avoid damage or loss during transit.

4. Received a Defective Item?

We apologize if you received a defective product. For defective items, return shipping is covered by AMOTAOS.
