  • Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed before 4 PM with all items in stock are usually shipped the same day.

  • Orders with out-of-stock items may experience slight delays.


2. Shipping Locations

We ship from multiple warehouses to ensure fast delivery:

  • Hong Kong

  • Europe

Your order will be fulfilled from the warehouse closest to your location with available stock to minimize shipping time.


3. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days (depending on destination)

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

We partner with trusted carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS to ensure secure and timely deliveries.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier, and customs processing.


4. Order Tracking

  • You will receive an order confirmation email within 48 hours of purchase.

  • Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email.

  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately depending on stock and warehouse availability.


5. Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 60 minutes of placement.

  • After an order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is lost, the customer is responsible for the replacement cost.


6. Customs & Import Fees

  • Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country.

  • These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering to avoid unexpected charges.
